Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FindLeadEmails (“the Service”), operated by Vestal Hub (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. What the Service does

The Service predicts likely professional email addresses from a person’s name and a company domain, and checks candidate addresses against the receiving mail server. Results are returned with a status describing how confident that check was.

We do not guarantee that any address is correct or deliverable. Results marked catch-all or predicted are explicitly unconfirmed: a catch-all domain accepts every address, so no provider can determine which mailbox is real. You are responsible for how you use any address we return.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API key usage.
• You must be at least 18 and not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

3. Credits, pricing and payment

• Usage is metered in credits. One credit is charged for one usable result.
• A lookup that returns no usable address is not charged, and repeating a lookup you have already paid for is not charged again.
• Credits do not expire, including if you downgrade or cancel. They remain available while your account exists.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are discounted by 20% and are billed for the full term up front.
• Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Because credits are delivered immediately and do not expire, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have clearly failed to deliver the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages in breach of anti-spam law applicable to you or your recipients.
• Harass, defraud, impersonate or endanger any person.
• Compile data about private individuals rather than professional business contacts.
• Resell raw results as a competing data product, or scrape the Service.
• Circumvent credit metering, rate limits or access controls.

You are the controller of the contact data you submit. You confirm you have a lawful basis for processing it and for contacting the people concerned.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and verification providers, and mail servers may be slow, throttle checks, or refuse them. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, damage to sender reputation, or the consequences of messages you send.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
