The cheapest email verification tools, compared

Cost per 1,000 found emails, read from each vendor's own pricing page on 2 September 2026.

Every vendor quotes credits differently — some bundle search and verification into one credit, some charge separately, some only charge for a confirmed hit — which makes list prices hard to compare directly. Normalizing to cost per 1,000 found emails, at each vendor’s own cheapest published plan, is the most generous reading of every competitor and the fairest single number to compare on.

Cost per 1,000 found emails at each vendor’s cheapest published rate, read from their own pricing page on 2 September 2026. Entry price is the cheapest paid plan. Euro prices converted at €1 = $1.08. Most vendors, us included, quote before VAT. Credit models differ — some bundle search and enrichment into the same credit — so treat this as a price comparison, not a feature one. Why the numbers differ this much

The spread here mostly comes down to two things: whether a vendor charges for attempts that don’t pan out (a rejected candidate, a catch-all domain), and whether credits expire. A tool that only bills confirmed hits and never expires unused credits will price lower per found email than one that bills every attempt or resets your balance monthly, even at a similar headline rate.

What this comparison doesn’t tell you

Price isn’t the only axis. Coverage (does it find addresses at smaller or less common domains), turnaround time for bulk jobs, and API ergonomics all vary too, and none of that shows up in a per-1,000 number. See the best email finder tools for cold outreach for a broader look, or why “verified” doesn’t always mean verified before trusting any vendor’s own claims about accuracy.
