MillionVerifier alternative

MillionVerifier is a bulk verifier, and the upstream we use for mailbox checks. Buying them directly makes sense if you already have a list and want to clean it. It does not find the address.

Where we win

  • Finding plus verification in one credit
  • A product UI, API and sequencers on top of the check
  • You are not billed for catch-alls

Where MillionVerifier wins

  • Raw verification at their list price
  • If you already have the addresses, skipping the finder is cheaper

Pricing notes

We resell a verified hit, not a raw verification. Their packs are cheaper per check because a check is not a found email.

Figures read from MillionVerifier’s pricing page on 2 September 2026. Checked-on date for our comparison table: 2 September 2026.

The honest version

MillionVerifier is one of the upstream providers we use for mailbox checks, and we say so on every comparison. If you already have a million addresses and only need valid/invalid, buy from them directly. Their published 1M pack works out to $0.45 per 1,000 and their credits never expire.

What you are buying from us is the work around that check.

What changes when you switch

  • Smaller packs make sense. MillionVerifier's default 50,000 pack is $89, or $1.78 per 1,000. Here, $2.25 per 1,000 on the $9 Launch plan, and $0.87 on Volume.
  • Catch-alls are refunded. We pass through only what the check actually decided.
  • Missing addresses get found. A row with a name and domain but no email is a miss for a verifier and a lookup for us.
  • Results land where you send from. Push verified rows to Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist or HubSpot without another CSV round-trip.

How verification is billed here

Import a CSV into a table, add a Verify email column, and every row gets one of four verdicts: valid, invalid, catch-all, or unknown. A check costs 0.25 credits, and only a definitive answer is billed. Catch-all and unknown results are refunded automatically, because the upstream check does not tell anyone anything there either.

That works out to $2.25 per 1,000 checks on the $9 Launch plan and $0.87 per 1,000 on Volume. Credits never expire, and the same wallet pays for finding emails when the address is missing in the first place. To try a single address first, the free email verifier runs without an account.

Verifying a list versus finding the address

A verifier answers one question: does this mailbox exist? It needs the address up front. Most outbound lists have gaps: a name and a company, but no email, or an old address for someone who has moved on. A pure verifier marks those rows invalid and stops.

Here the same row can go one step further. When the address is missing or comes back invalid, the finder generates the company's likely email patterns, checks each against the mail server, and returns the one that is accepted. You pay $3.49 per 1,000 found-and-verified emails at the best published rate, and nothing for a miss.
